Cancellation and Account Deletion Policy

This Cancellation and Account Deletion Policy applies to all users of Vemzo, Vemzo Merchant, and Vemzo Drivers applications.
Account Cancellation
Users have the right to cancel their account at any time. To cancel your account:
a) Log in to your account in the respective app (Vemzo, Vemzo Merchant, or Vemzo Drivers).
b) Navigate to your profile settings.
c) Look for the "Delete Account" or "Cancel Account" option.
d) Follow the prompts to confirm your decision.
Account Deletion Process
When you request account deletion:
a) Your account will be deactivated immediately.
b) Your personal information will be removed from our active databases within 30 days.
c) Some information may be retained for legal, security, or business purposes as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
Effects of Account Deletion
Please note that account deletion:
a) Is permanent and cannot be undone.
b) Will result in the loss of all account data, including order history and preferences.
c) May affect active orders or transactions (for Vemzo and Vemzo Merchant users).
d) Will terminate any ongoing agreements or contracts (especially relevant for Vemzo Merchant and Vemzo Drivers).
Refunds and Outstanding Balances
a) Any refunds due will be processed according to our Refund Policy.
b) Outstanding balances must be settled before account deletion is finalized.
Data Retention
Some data may be retained for legal or business purposes, as detailed in our Privacy Policy. This retained data will be handled in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Reactivation
Once an account is deleted, it cannot be reactivated. Users wishing to use our services again must create a new account.
